Pascucci Care+ Replacement Policy

Love the coffee. We'll take care of the machine.

Pascucci Care+ adds two extra years of worry-free replacement protection to the one-year warranty already included with your Pascucci machine. That's three years of total peace of mind for one payment of $14.99 per machine.

What Care+ includes

If your machine breaks for any reason during your Care+ protection period, we'll replace it. No repair bills. No deductibles. No shipping costs. Ever.

• Free replacement: if your protected machine breaks, we send another at no charge.
• Free replacement shipping: we cover shipping both ways, including the return of your broken machine when a return is needed.
• Three years total: your included one-year machine warranty, followed by two extra years of Care+ protection.
• One payment: $14.99 per machine. No subscription, recurring charges, deductibles, or hidden replacement fees.

Which purchases are eligible?

Care+ is for the Pascucci coffee machine purchased in the Starter Kit or as the standalone Coffee Machine from Pascucci USA. It protects the machine associated with the plan, rather than the coffee or capsules in your order.

Add Care+ with your machine, or within 14 days of your Starter Kit order. Pascucci Care+ can be added at checkout with your Starter Kit or Coffee Machine. If you purchased a Starter Kit without Care+, you may add one plan for its machine within 14 days of the original Starter Kit order date. Use the same email address as your Starter Kit order and keep both order confirmations. After that 14-day window, the Starter Kit is no longer eligible for this post-purchase offer. Standalone Coffee Machine purchases must include Care+ in the same order.

Choose one Care+ plan for each machine you want to protect. Care+ appears as a separate line item in your cart and order, with the associated machine identified. For an order containing multiple machines, the offer shows the number of plans and their total price before you choose to add them.

For a separate Starter Kit Care+ purchase, the original Starter Kit order determines eligibility and the coverage period. Buying Care+ later does not restart the original machine warranty. We verify the original order and any existing plan when administering coverage.

When does protection apply?

Your machine's included warranty covers the first year. Care+ adds protection for the following two years, giving you three years of total coverage. Your order confirmation identifies your Care+ purchase; keep it with your machine's purchase information.

Care+ is optional. Declining it does not change your included one-year warranty or any rights available to you under applicable law.

How to request a replacement

1. Contact Pascucci USA through our website chat, contact page, or Help Center. You can also email support@pascuccicoffee.com.
2. Tell us what happened. Have your order number and machine purchase details ready so we can find your plan and help you.
3. We'll arrange your replacement. If we need the broken machine returned, we'll provide instructions and cover return shipping. Replacement delivery is on us too.

Please contact us before sending a machine back, so we can arrange the shipment correctly. The company address below is for contact information; use the return instructions supplied by our support team.

Your cart, returns, and refunds

You choose whether to add Care+. We never automatically select it for you. For plans added with a machine in the same cart, if you reduce the number of machines in your cart, the associated plans are reduced to match; if you remove all eligible machines, their associated protection is removed as well.
